When an offer step says something is not set up
When an Offers step stops because something is not set up yet, the message says what is missing and links to the page that fixes it.
Sending a contract or counter
The send dialog checks your purchase contract template before you send and lists every problem at once, each with its link. Send stays off until the template is ready.
- No published purchase contract template: Create a purchase contract template opens Templates with the new template form set to a purchase contract.
- The chosen template is not a purchase contract: choose or create one that is.
- No Buyer role, or no Seller role: the link opens that template's designer to add the signer role.
- No offer fields: add always-visible text fields auto-filled from the offer price and the offer financing, so the contract carries the round's terms.
- The listing price where the price belongs: bind the offer price instead.
Inviting the other agent
- Your license number or phone is missing: Open My profile and add them. Add your license state as well, so the other agent can verify you.
- My profile says your login is not linked to an agent record: a brokerage admin can choose Create my agent record right there. Anyone else asks a brokerage admin, who uses Link or create agent record on their row on the Team page, either linking an existing record that has no login or creating a new one.
Acting on an offer shared with you
If you are the other agent on a shared offer and try to act before both licenses are verified, the message links back to your shared offers, where you verify their license.
