Agents from other brokerages: your free REHL account
A brokerage's branded site is for buyers and sellers. When a licensed agent signs up there, or opens an offer a REHL agent shared with them, REHL sends them to a free REHL agent account on app.rehl.us, built around REHL Offers.
How you get here
- From a REHL-powered site: choosing "I'm a licensed agent" when you sign up creates no account on that site. It sends you to app.rehl.us to create a free REHL agent account. If you came from a listing page, the account notes which listing, as context only.
- From an invite: a REHL agent shared one of their offers with you, and the link in their email opens the same sign-up, unless you already have a REHL account (free or paid) at that address, in which case it opens the invite in that account instead. See "I already pay for REHL" below.
- Enter your name, email, mobile phone, license number and state, your brokerage's name, and a password. If an agent invited you, use the address the invite was sent to.
- Confirm your email with the code we send. It is good for 30 minutes.
- Open REHL Offers.
The sign-up page links to rehl.us (What is REHL?) if you want to know who we are first, and so does Visit REHL in the top bar once you are in.
What the account does today
- It is yours, in your own name, separate from every brokerage on REHL. It never joins the brokerage whose site you came from or whose agent invited you, and never sees their data.
- REHL Offers is the one module that opens with real data: the offers other agents have shared with you, under Offers shared with you. Settings is also real, for editing the name, phone, license number and state, and brokerage name your sign-up collected (your sign-in email is read-only there). Changing your license re-locks any shared offer the host already verified, until they verify it again. The rest of REHL shows as previews with sample data, never anyone's real information, and About REHL below your offers describes the plans.
- It is free, takes no seat, and includes no REHL AI.
- You can start a free trial from the account at any time. The same account becomes a full REHL plan, with your details and your shared offers already in it.
REHL does not look your license up automatically. When an agent shares an offer with you, they check your license with your state's licensing authority and record that they did, and you do the same for theirs before any terms are shown. Until both of you have, each of you sees only the other's name, license, brokerage, phone and email. See "Work an offer another agent shared with you".
Can I still sign a document a REHL agent sends me?
Yes. A document sent to you through REHL Sign arrives by email with its own signing link, and signing it does not need a REHL account.
I already pay for REHL. Can I open an invite from that account?
Yes, as long as your seat has Offers edit access (an agent seat starts on Edit; a viewer seat, or one set to Offers read-only or none, is refused). Sign in to your own paid account instead of signing up as a guest, and open the invite link there; it lands on your own Offers page under Offers shared with you. If your sign-in address is not verified yet, REHL sends it a six-digit code and checks that before the invite binds. The one exception: if the invited address belongs to someone in the SAME brokerage as the agent who shared the offer, REHL refuses the invite, because that brokerage already has the offer in its own account.
I already made a buyer account on that site and said I was an agent.
That account stays as it is for saving homes. Its account page links to the free REHL agent account if you want one.
