Which plans include Offers, and when buyers can make one
REHL Offers is part of Agent Pro, Agent Power, and every brokerage plan. Agent Starter does not include it. Offers from buyers on your site are not switched on yet.
Your plan
- Included: Agent Pro, Agent Power, and every brokerage plan, including during the free trial.
- Not included: Agent Starter.
- If a subscription is past due or canceled, Offers works as if it were not included until the account is current again.
Without Offers on your plan, the Offers page stays in your sidebar and you keep every offer you already have: you can read them, acknowledge and present them, decline or withdraw them, record a signed contract and create its transaction. Importing an offer, recording a counter, sending documents for signature, attaching a PDF, inviting the other agent, and turning a Made offer activity into an offer are the steps that need the plan. On an offer you shared with the other agent, their counters and the PDFs they file are writes on your offer, so they need Offers on your plan too.
Offers from buyers on your site
Not switched on yet, on any plan. Buyer offers wait on REHL's final sign-off of the Bona Fide Offer Agreement every buyer signs. Until then Make an offer does not appear on any listing page, a buyer who opens an offer page directly is told offers are not available yet, and nothing is sent to you.
Once it is switched on, the button appears on a listing page on your branded site only when your plan includes Offers, the home is listed for sale (not for rent), the listing is active or pending, and it is not a sample listing. The buyer has to be signed in, with a confirmed email address and a profile that says they are buying or investing. They sign a Bona Fide Offer Agreement with REHL certifying that the offer is genuine and their funds are as stated. It is not a purchase contract and does not obligate anyone to buy or sell: you prepare the real offer on your own forms.
