- Can I move my Real Geeks site over?
- REHL provisions a branded subdomain (yourbrand.rehl.us) with IDX search, save lists, save searches, find-an-agent. Live listings need your brokerage of record's MLS data license to name REHL as an IDX vendor (your broker holds that license, not you). We prepare it and drive it with your MLS, and in our experience it runs about two weeks when your MLS replies promptly and your broker signs, so walking it to your broker yourself is the fastest way through. Keep your Real Geeks site up until it lands, then redirect from the old site.
- What about my CRM data?
- CSV import covers contacts, tags and notes, with a preview and duplicate detection before anything is written. Per-contact activity history and pipeline stages do not carry over from a Real Geeks export, and there is no direct Real Geeks integration. We walk you through the first import ourselves.
- Is REHL more expensive than Real Geeks?
- Real Geeks runs ~$299/mo per user. REHL Solo Pro is $249/mo and includes the AI assistant, listing marketing engine, sphere CRM, and analytics that Real Geeks doesn't ship. Cheaper AND broader.
